Ready to learn how to make pasta? Join us for our Pasta 101 class in partnership with Hamilton Pool Vineyards and Farms. In this class, you will learn how to make a classic egg dough, and together, we will learn how to make three pasta shapes: fettuccine, penne, and bowties. Each participant will make 1 pound of pasta that they will take home with them to cook. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
