About the event
Ready to learn how to make pasta? Join us for our Pasta 101 class in partnership with Texas Hill Country Olive Oil Co. In this class, you will learn how to make a classic egg dough, and together, we will learn how to make three pasta shapes: fettuccine, penne, and bowties. Each participant will make 1 pound of pasta, and will receive a 100 ml bottle of extra virgin olive oil, courtesy of Texas Hill Country Olive Oil Co.
