About the event
In this class, each participant will make pasta dough by hand using fresh Italian '00' flour and two shapes: tortellini and ravioli. We will have light refreshments and snacks however it is encouraged for you to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy while the dough rests. Kids 7 and up are welcome to participate, but will require adult supervision as well as their own ticket.
