Will I Feel Bloated After Eating Your Pasta?No, we use stone ground flour from Barton Springs Mill which is milled in a way that is much easier on your digestion than the flour you typically get at the store. This stone milled flour keeps all 3 components of the wheat berries in the flour making for a nutritious, flavorful, and easily digestible flour. Typical roller milling separates the three components and in most cases the bran and the germ are both removed to keep the flour shelf stable. Many roller flours are then enriched with man made nutrients which are digested very poorly causing the flour to turn to sugar in the body quickly.

Are You Licensed?Yes, we have a Permit to Operate a Food Enterprise and everything is made in our shared commercial kitchen space - Capital Kitchens.

Are You Fully Organic?Yes, all of our ingredients are 100% organic.

Why Is Everything Sold Frozen?Fresh pasta only lasts for about 12 hours in the fridge. Vacuum sealing and freezing seals in the freshness.

Is Your Pasta Made With Eggs?Yes, we use farm fresh eggs.
