Pasta:

• Fusilli - Spiraled and springy, fusilli is perfect for twirling and soaking up every drop of sauce. Ideal for pesto, creamy sauces, or chilled pasta salads. 12 oz. 
• Radiatori - Inspired by old-school radiators, this ruffled pasta holds onto thick sauces like a champ. Great for bakes and hearty dishes. 12 oz. 
  
• Creste Di Gallo - Named for the crest of a rooster, this rare and ridged pasta is a showstopper in the bowl and on the fork. It’s versatile, elegant, and oh-so-satisfying with just about anything. 12 oz. 
• Fettuccine -  These wide, ribbon-like noodles are perfect for creamy Alfredo, savory red sauces, or a simple drizzle of olive oil and parm. 9 oz.

Sauces:

• Red Sauce - Our signature marinara is smooth, savory, and bright. Made with just tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, red wine, and herbs. It’s the base for our bakes and a pantry essential all on its own. 16 oz.
  • Ingredients: Crushed Tomatoes, Water, Tomato Paste, Red Wine, Onion, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning
• Vodka Sauce - Rich and comforting with a grown-up twist. We blend tomatoes, butter, heavy cream, and local Dripping Springs Distilling vodka to create this ultra-smooth, luxurious sauce. It clings to pasta like a dream and turns any dinner into a little celebration. 16 oz. 
  • Ingredients: Heavy Cream (Heavy Cream, Milk), Tomato Paste, Water, Mozzarella (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Butter (Cream, Salt), Onion, Vodka, Salt, Garlic, Olive Oil, Black Pepper
    
• Pesto Sauce - A bright, punchy blend of fresh basil, walnuts, parmesan, lemon, and olive oil. Spoon it over pasta, roasted veggies, or sandwiches. It's fresh, nutty, and zippy in all the right ways. 16 oz.
